At Buck Buck Fit, we don't believe in crash diets, fad workouts, quick fixes, or "get fit for your wedding in two weeks" programs. Real results take time, and we're here to help you build lasting strength --- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This isn't a temporary transformation; it's a lifestyle shift. Fitness isn't a one-time achievement --- it's a continuous journey of growth and dedication. Sure, we could put you on a restrictive diet, push exhausting 800-calorie workouts (hello triathlon training), and have you shedding pounds fast. But is that sustainable? Are you never eating chips or sweets again, or having a drink once in a while? Is that the life you want to live?
I've tried those programs, and I'll be honest --- they work... but only for a while. Then the weight creeps back, the exhaustion sets in, and old habits return. At Buck Buck Fit, we're about lasting change. We're here to help you create a lifestyle that supports long-term health, confidence, and strength --- without the rebound.
We don't just build bodies that look good for six weeks. We build better humans.

Oh my is fitness a journey! Let me tell you after two kids, and being in your thirty's it's a marathon not a sprint. I say this to encourage you! No matter where you are currently at you can get a handle on your health and fitness. I have spent the last 7 years coaching a variety of ages as a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach in Hiit style work outs as well as weight lifting. I have coached athletes, kids, elderly, pre and post partum, injured and high level competitors. My passion lies in helping women and more specifically moms get the results they want to achieve.
Post-partum is such a journey and can be seriously depressing. I have made it through two pregnancy's and now have the body I always wanted, YES after having kids. In fact, I started competition in Jiu Jistu after my first kid, Ironmans (triathalons) after my first kid, got rid of my body dismorphia for good AFTER my first kid. There was no "bounce back" for me, I am not a naturally skinny girl, I quite literally just had to work hard. And you know what, little by little you see changes and results. Seeing women love themselves really makes me happy, so that is my goal, to help you through that journey.
The one thing that remains consistent is that if you put in the time and effort you will see results. I'm here to help :) I love seeing people win, let me know how I can serve you better.

Becca is an incredible trainer, cheerleader and human to work with. I’ve known Becca for many years and I am constantly astounded by her knowledge, attention to detail and her ability to tailor inventive and unique programs for my individual needs.
